The public site does not use cookies for tracking beyond Google Analytics (anonymised page views) and does not collect personal data unless you submit it via the booking form (your name, email, and chosen meeting time).
1273 uses Google OAuth to access a single Google Calendar account that we (1273) own. We request the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar scope so that the booking system can:
We do not request, access, or store calendar data belonging to visitors or clients. The OAuth grant is held by 1273 only. Tokens are stored as encrypted environment variables on our hosting provider (Vercel) and are used solely for the calendar functions described above.
1273's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell, share, or use Google user data for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except (a) with our explicit consent, (b) for security purposes, (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) where the data is aggregated and used for internal operations in line with the Limited Use policy.
You can review or revoke 1273's access to the Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
When you submit the booking form, your name, email, and selected slot are stored in our database (Turso, hosted in the EU/UK region) and written to our Google Calendar so the meeting appears on our schedule. We use this data only to confirm the meeting, send reminders, and follow up. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Google Fonts — Typefaces are loaded from Google's servers. Your browser makes requests to Google, which may log your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Resend — Used to send transactional email (booking confirmations, reminders). See Resend's Privacy Policy.
Booking and contact records are retained for as long as needed to deliver the engagement and meet UK accounting/tax obligations (typically up to 7 years). After that they are deleted or anonymised. OAuth tokens are retained only while the integration is active and are revoked when no longer needed.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete any personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing. To make a request, email hello@1273.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
