AI consultancy

Straight advice.

Where AI is worth it in your business, what it costs and what it saves, from someone who builds it.

  • A plain written plan, not a strategy deck
  • Which tools to trust with your data
  • Training for you and your team

How it works.

Quoted after the first call. What runs every day is a monthly fee.

  1. 1

    We talk

Ten minutes on how the business runs and where the hours go.

  2. 2

    I map it

A short written plan: what to automate, what it costs, what it saves.

  3. 3

    I run it

Built on your accounts, tested on real cases, then looked after.

AI you can leave running.

Says when it doesn’t know

It answers from what you’ve given it, and passes on the rest.

You stay in charge

Anything that matters waits for your approval. Everything is logged.

Your data stays yours

Business accounts with providers that don’t train on it.

Will callers know they’re talking to an AI?

It sounds natural, and I set it up to say it’s an AI assistant if anyone asks. Most callers care more that someone picked up and sorted it.

What if it gets something wrong?

It only answers from what you’ve given it, and says when it doesn’t know. Anything that matters comes to you first, and every call and action is logged.

My app was built with AI and I’m stuck. Can you look at it?

Yes. Send me the link and access to the code. I’ll tell you what’s wrong and what it takes to fix before any work starts.

What does it cost?

It’s quoted per business after a 10-minute call. Things that run for you every day, like the receptionist and agents, are a monthly fee.

Tell me where your hours go.

It comes to me, not to a team. I read every message and reply within a working day.
