1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of the 1273 website at www.1273.co.uk and any associated booking, contract, or scheduling tools (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Omar Maroki, trading as 1273, Brighton, UK ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@1273.uk.

2. Acceptance

By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. The Service

The Service is a portfolio and lead-generation site for 1273's web design, SEO, and software work, including a public booking form that lets visitors schedule a call. Engagements with 1273 (paid client work) are governed by a separate written contract; these terms apply to use of the website and booking tools only.

4. Google OAuth & Calendar integration

The booking system is powered by a Google OAuth integration that we (1273) authorise against our own Google account. The OAuth grant is used solely to read free/busy data from our calendar and to create or update events on it when bookings are made.

• You do not connect your own Google account to use the booking form. We do not receive, request, or store any of your Google account data.
• Our use of Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on how Google user data is handled.
• We may revoke or rotate OAuth credentials at any time without notice; this may briefly cause the booking form to be unavailable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading booking details, or use someone else's identity.
• Spam, scrape, or attempt to overwhelm the booking system or any of our endpoints.
• Reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to access non-public parts of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.

We may cancel bookings, block access, or refuse service at our discretion if these terms are breached.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the website — including copy, design, code, illustrations, photographs, and the 1273 brand marks — is owned by Omar Maroki / 1273 unless otherwise credited. You may view and link to public pages. You may not reproduce, republish, or build derivative works from the content without prior written permission.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it available and accurate but make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Calendar slots shown on the booking form reflect availability at the time of loading and may change before you submit; we'll confirm the booking by email.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1273 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law (such as for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence). Any contractual engagement for paid work is governed separately by the written client contract.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
