What you’ll do
- Call business owners from leads we supply, using our own dialler app for iPhone
- Book 10-minute calls and free mockup requests
- Log the result of every call and follow up on callbacks
What we’re looking for
- Comfortable on the phone with people who weren’t expecting a call
- Clear spoken English and a thick skin
- Reliable about following up when you said you would
- Sales experience helps, but isn’t required
This role is commission only: there is no salary or retainer, and what you earn follows what you book. The structure is set out in full on a first call, before you commit to anything.

Build fast, hand-coded sites for small businesses, and the booking, ordering and payment flows that sit behind them.
What you’ll do
- Build client sites in Next.js, React, TypeScript and Tailwind
- Turn a design into a page that loads in under a second on a phone
- Ship to Vercel, and look after sites once they’re live
What we’re looking for
- Production Next.js (App Router) and TypeScript you can show us
- An eye for type and spacing: you notice when something is two pixels off
- Happy to talk to a client directly

Work across the whole product: client systems, our own CRM, and the tools the sales team uses every day.
What you’ll do
- Design and build APIs and data models in Next.js and SQL
- Build admin dashboards, booking and ordering flows, and payment integrations
- Own a feature from schema to deploy
What we’re looking for
- Strong TypeScript on both sides of the API
- SQL you write by hand, not only through an ORM
- Experience with payments, or other software where a mistake costs someone money
- Swift and SwiftUI are a bonus

What you’ll do
- Send and chase contracts and invoices
- Manage the booking diary and confirm calls
- Keep client records tidy in the CRM
- Give the first reply on routine client emails
What we’re looking for
- Organised, accurate, and quick with written English
- Comfortable picking up new software
- Previous admin or office experience
