What they needed
Ollie Webb, a Catch Wrestling World Champion and Polaris veteran, wanted to coach no-gi grapplers remotely: they send in their rolls, he sends back a structured plan. That needs payments, large video uploads, and somewhere to deliver the plan.
What I built
Built a coaching platform with three tiers and Stripe checkout, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. A multi-step intake gathers each athlete's background, and resumable uploads mean long sparring videos survive a bad connection. Members get a dashboard for their submissions and roadmap documents; Ollie gets an admin to review footage, write each roadmap, run discounts and see analytics.
