The problem
Persia is a Persian & Mediterranean restaurant in Hove with a beautiful dining room, and a website that did nothing with it. A template site with a single 'Book' button, a menu you could only read, and no way to order. Every takeaway order either came by phone or went through a delivery app taking a cut.
The approach
Rebuilt the site around two actions: order and reserve. A full online ordering menu with collection, dine-in and delivery modes, instant dish search, filter chips (vegetarian, spicy, under £10), a basket, and a checkout supporting card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash. A one-click 20% collection discount nudges customers away from the delivery apps. Reservations were redesigned as a live-feeling booking flow with an occasion selector.
The result
A restaurant site built to take orders, not just show a menu: commission-free ordering on their own site, with the luxury feel of the room carried through every page.
